Estimates:
To begin the ordering process, come in to our showroom in Schererville, Indiana with a blueprint or drawing (with measurements) of your project (the project details could be faxed or emailed to us for estimate). To be more helpful, you should bring any pieces of cabinet, tile, or other interior surroundings that could assist us in recommending the perfect color for your home.
While there, choose from our multitude of colors, edges, and other options to make sure your countertop or vanity is customized to your needs and fill out our information sheet. |

Measuring:
In order to make our job run as smoothly as possible, we have a few requirements that should be fulfilled before your scheduled measurement:
Cabinets must be installed
50% Down payment based on the estimated quote. We accept cash, credit cards (except Discover), certified check, and personal check as forms of payment.
The contract signed
Any appliances in the kitchen (dishwasher, stove, etc.) should be on location. For full back splash, all appliances under the top cabinetry must be installed.
Make sure that everything is removed from the old countertop.
After all the requirements are completed and the measurement has been performed, we will call you in order to set up an installation date. |

Placing your order:
The following requirements must be met before starting the fabrication:
50% Down payment based on the estimated quote, with contract signed (the sink and faucet has to be presented to Granite Masters at the same time).
We will verify your color selection and edge choice along with any other options before cutting. Once a specific slab is chosen by you and verified, we can begin to cut it. It normally takes about 2 weeks to complete the fabrication and installation of your countertop |

Price:
The final price of your stone selection is based on measurements taken on-site by our professionals. |

Installation:
Installation of your countertop or vanity is the final step of the process. Old counter tops must be removed (Granite Masters removes them for the small fee). It takes 4-6 hours for the average kitchen size installation. The installation includes attaching the sink (not plumbing), if necessary attaching dishwasher to granite (dishwasher must be in place), caulking between back splash and counter top (clear silicone) and sealing.
We require a final payment on or before the installation date. |
